Location info
Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was perfect for exploring the city, being centrally located with easy access to attractions, but the room facing the street side, across from The George Pub, meant dealing with loud live music every night till 1:00 AM. The room itself was tiny, yet clean and cozy. The service, while generally friendly and helpful, had some inconsistencies, especially when it came to requesting new towels. Breakfast was disappointing due to limited options and poor quality fruits. However, the facilities were decent, offering basic services and amenities.
The hotel offers spacious and comfortable rooms with a nice view into the street, but they are not soundproofed, so expect some street noise. The service was very helpful with various requests, but there were delays at the reception. The location is excellent, close to public transport and major attractions, though it may be noisy due to nearby nightclubs. Overall, a good value for the money with some minor drawbacks.
The hotel is ideally located for exploring all of central Lisbon, with a very friendly breakfast and good surroundings. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need. However, my room faced the road, which was a bit disappointing, and the windows opened to a back alley, making it slightly dark.
The hotel offers spacious and comfortable rooms with a nice street view, but they could use some renovation. The service was outstanding, aside from one receptionist who caused some inconvenience. The location is excellent, close to everything and easily accessible. Overall, a pleasant stay with some minor drawbacks.
I found the hotel's location awesome, just next to the Baixa Chiado subway station, making it excellent for exploring the city. The rooms were small and cold, with a lack of soundproofing, but the spacious bathroom and comfy beds in a modern style were pluses. Service was friendly overall, but there was a lack of attentiveness at times, especially concerning safety instructions near the lifts.
The hotel's location is just perfect, near all major attractions and right outside Chiado Metro station, making it super convenient. The rooms, although small, were cozy and clean, but the noise from The George Pub's live music till late and the broken TV were a downside. The service was exceptionally friendly and helpful, elevating the stay. The breakfast options left more to be desired, pushing me to explore eateries nearby. Overall, a worthwhile stay with a few minor hiccups to consider.
I had a delightful stay at the hotel. The rooms were modern, very quiet, and clean, with a super comfy bed. The location was fantastic, very accessible by public transport and close to everything in Lisbon's Baixa-Chiado area. The service was friendly, especially the lady at breakfasts. However, the dining experience was a bit disappointing with limited breakfast options.
