The staff was very helpful, especially with dining recommendations. the room was spacious and clean with a firm mattress. Extra pillows were available. i appreciated the location as it was close to many tourist spots. Most were within walking distance.
the rooms were not well lit, so it made it hard to see at night.

The location provides excellent access to transportation and local attractions. The staff were friendly. They accommodated an early check-in after a long flight, which I greatly appreciated. I found the room was very clean. the hotel offered a secure environment and was close to various amenities.
I noted the absence of an in-room coffee maker. On a trip spanning multiple accommodations, this hotel was the only one not equipped with this facility.

The rooms had comfy beds and spacious layouts. Bathrooms looked new and very well-kept. A triple room offered ample space. it lacked an in-room safe, so I had to carry important documents.

The hotel is centrally located near the Elevador de Santa Justa and many other attractions. Many places are reachable on foot. The metro station is only 50 meters from the building. This makes traveling around the area convenient.
